| REMOVING RED WINE STAINS |
|
This is a hint from the U.C. Davis Department of Viticulture and Enology - folks who should know a thing or two about red wine stains. Mix equal parts of 3% hydrogen peroxide and Dawn liquid dishwashing soap. Pour it on the stain and let it pre-soak for several minutes. Then launder as usual. It's a good remedy for colors and whites - and for cotton, polyester and nylon.
